Affordable Mental Health offers a wide range of mental health services for mental health conditions, including but not limited to Gene Sight testing, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, sleep disorders, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Bipolar and Schizophrenia.
Sessions are typically 1 hour for new clients (Diagnostic with Medical Services) and 30 minutes for follow-ups (Evaluation and Management)
Medications are typically prescribed on the first visit if the provider and client agree on an individualized treatment plan. Recommendations are made based on presenting symptoms and psychiatric history
Controlled substances are never the first line for treatment, but if clinically necessary, controlled substances will be considered.
Stimulants should be prescribed by a physician (psychiatrist) and typically in-person visits.
There is a $50 no-show or cancellation fee if the client does not contact the provider within 24 hours ‘ notice. This fee is non-refundable.
Yes. Affordable Mental Health, LLC accepts most insurance payers, including Tricare, GA Medicaid, Ambetter, and CareSource.
The cash price (without insurance) for services for new clients (Diagnostic with Medical Services) is $150.00, and follow-ups (Evaluation and Management) are $65 per visit.

Affordable Mental Health, LLC offers counseling such as talk therapy but will also offer resources and referrals to therapists who will provide more intense psychotherapy such as individual counseling, behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and holistic or integrative therapy.
